Proyecto Eolo

Proyecto Eolo is an entrepreneurship and research project with the goal of creating an Electric Automotive Industry in Colombia that positively affects the environment, the society and the economic growth.

In order to successfully reach this goal we work in the development of new technologies with the aim of achieving an aesthetic, efficient and safe product.
Proyecto Eolo  was born as a research Project to find out the effects that a wind turbine would have inside an electric car.

This configuration was tested in a wind tunnel with a scale prototype and in the field with our Eolo-2015 car. After several tests, we were able to determine that the wind turbine contributed 8% to the autonomy, proving that our hypotheses were correct and motivating us to continue on this path.
