Land Rover Defender by Sports Car Centre (Restomod)
The Land Rover Defender by Sports Car Centre is a fully refurbished 1987 110" County Station Wagon. The whole vehicle is built on a heavy duty galvanized military chassis with fully rebuilt axles coated with epoxy paint. The axles were rebuilt with new bearings, brake rotors, calipers, pads, seals, new shocks and +2inch springs and shocks.
The vehicle is powered by an almost new 2.8 International turbo intercooled diesel engine, known for its high torque and durability, delivering great pulling power and excellent fuel economy. The engine sends its power to an R380 five speed gearbox and LT230 1.4 ratio, lockable transfer case, offering high and low ranges. The front bumper has built-in LED lights, adding to the light provided by the two H4 Halogen headlights.
The rear of the truck has a heavy duty, north american spec bumper with step and 2" trailer hitch receiver. The exterior is painted in white, while the interior is finished in black carpet, with Black Leather trim and upholstery. The five matching passenger seats are finished with a light gray diamond thread pattern, with heated front seats. The dash and door cards are all finished in the same material and pattern as the seats. The rear cargo area has 4 collapsable inward facing seats that also match the front seats. The headliner has a gray upholstered finish and the windows are tinted from the rear seats back, providing privacy.
