Ligier JS P217
The Ligier JS P217 was launched in 2017 and won the first race in the European Le Mans Series. He was runner-up in Europe that same year and finished third at the 24 Hours of Le Mans the following year.
The Ligier JS P217 is one of the four cars (chassis) selected by the Automobile Club de l’Ouest, complying with the cost containment regulations that provide the driver with a vehicle optimized in terms of cost and performance. It's eligible for the World Endurance Championship and for the European and Asian Le Mans Series for different sessions.
It's equipped with a Gibson 4.2 V8 engine pushing out 600hp. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 6-speed sequential Hewland gearbox with magnesium casing.
