The car is similar to a Formula Junior (FJ1600), the equivalent of Formula Ford in the UK.
It's equipped with a 660cc K6A DOHC engine. Both the engine, wheels, brakes and other components are commercial, so they can be purchased easily, and at a normal cost. The car is very light, it weighs only 340 kgs. With all this, the car is designed to consume little fuel, and wear the components as little as possible.
