Factoy Five GTM
Their original goal was that one should be able to build a GTM for under $50,000, including Chevrolet parts, wheels/tires, paint and transaxle.
The Factory Five GTM is designed for build it at home with regular tools. The GTM kit gives you everything you need to build your car, except for the engine block components taken from your 1997-2004 Chevrolet C5 Corvette and transaxle. The transaxle used is a Porsche 911 unit or a Mendeola 5-speed. GTM package with complete interior including sports seats, covers, dahsboard with a full instrument cluster and much more.
The chassis is CAD/CAE designed to get an ultra-rigid space frame. It's made of mig welded high strength mild steel tube and steel plate. This special design combines a low center of gravity, high torsional stiffness and robust safety features to deliver true supercar performance in a safe and secure vehicle design.
