Ibex F8
The Ibex F8 is an uncompromising all-terrain vehicle.
Agile and durable enough to get into the harshest environments. A very rigid monocoque chassis frame overlaid on marine-grade aluminum alloy body panels provides a versatile and adaptable platform for building multiple vehicle configurations. The chassis is a highly durable galvanized steel platform tailored. Deep chassis sections feature internal bracing for added stiffness. The body panels are a mix of marine-grade aluminum alloy and fiberglass composite.
Ibex used Land Rover's different engine options. It has permanent 4WD with center and axle differential locks and is mated to a manual or automatic transmission. Ibex can also be equipped with BMW or Corvette mechanics.
The range of choice is really wide, so the prices vary a lot. There are different wheelbases to choose from, from the shortest model, the 240, to the longest wheelbase, the 360.
Ibex F8 price: Starting at £26,000
After choosing the type of body that the customer wants, both in wheelbase and in configuration, you can choose the desired powertrain.
It can be bought in both kit car and turnkey:
- In kit car, which includes the monocoque body with a starting cost of £7,250. In addition to the kit car, the customer can choose a semi-assembly solution.
- Factory-built, with a donor Land Rover. By using the mechanical part of a low mileage donor car, the starting cost is £26,000. The customer can choose to use the new mechanical part although the initial cost amounts to practically double.
