Burlak 4x4
Being a Snow-and-Swamp vehicle, it is equipped with 32" wheels on low-pressure tires that are suitable for difficult terrain and water sports.
All major parts and components are borrowed from other vehicles, mass produced and easily replaceable and easy to find. Burlak is available in three configurations: Expedition, Cargo and Industrial.
The ground clearance is between 700 and 750mm. The approximate weight is four tons. It is equipped with a Cummins 2.8 ISF turbodiesel engine with 150hp and a torque of 360Nm at low revs, at 1,800cc. This type of vehicle is not designed to go at high speed, in fact, its top speed is 70km/h; but to cross any obstacle. It can go through water using a water propeller at a speed of 7km/h. Floats for wheel rims can be added to further increase buoyancy.
The fuel tank has a capacity of 400 litres, which can be expanded to 720 litres. Consumption is between 26-30 liters per 100km, on solid ground.
