Troller T4
Since 1995, Troller has been producing rugged, practical off-road vehicles, some of which have competed in the Dakar Rally. The company was acquired by the Brazilian Ford subsidiary in 2007. But Ford let Troller carry on with its product line largely intact, without changing its essence.
It is powered by a 3.2-liter diesel Duratorq engine sending power to all four wheels via a six-speed manual Eaton transmission, with 200hp and 470Nm of torque from very low torque, from 1,750rpm to 2,500rpm. Of course it has rear locking differential (Dana 44), Borg Warner transfer case and low and high range all-wheel drive.
Troller T4 Price: R$ 198.400,00 ( about € 34.000). The Troller T4 is sold in its country of origin, in Brazil
Update: In January 2021, Ford Brazil ceased operations; in October, the Troller assembly plant ceased production. Ford initially tried to sell the company, but finally they decided not to do it. Currently the survival of the brand depends on internal negotiations. (02.2022)
