Karenjy Mazana
The Karenjy Mazana II is a SUV designed for Madagascar. Their engineers has been working for 5 years to design and produce a vehicle that is truly adapted to the context of the big island. It's a cheap and simple vehicle, easy to maintain and repair, and without superfluous equipment. In addition, the manufacture is simple, designed so that it can be manufactured in Madagascar without excessively advanced facilities.
It's designed to circulate on poor condition roads and some inaccessible paths, with dusty environment and with average quality fuel.
Its angles give it an advantage for weaving between obstacles. Thanks to its short, sloping bonnet, it is easy to spot an obstacle on the ground from the driver's seat. The driver's seat is offset to provide better outside visibility:
