Wingard Shelby Series 2
Wingard Motorsports produces the successor to the 1999 Shelby Series 1, under the approval of Shelby America.
The Series 2 is derived from the Series 1, but sports modernization in all areas.
Series 1 is powered by an Oldsmobile Aurora 4.0-liter V8, while Series 2 customers can choose from two 7.0-liter V8 Shelby engines , including Windsor Small Block or Aluminium Big engines, both coupled to a ZF 5-speed gearbox and a multi-plate clutch.
The braking system is composed of six-piston calipers brakes. The body weight is also reduced, customers can choose between hand-built aluminum, carbon fiber or titanium panels.
It's a modern version of an original Series 1 Shelby. This is the perfect car for collectors and enthusiasts around the world who want exclusivity and want to fully participate in the driving experience.
Each Series 2 carries a DSX5500 serial number and is entered into the Shelby American Registry.
