BRC R15 Peugeot 205 T16
BRC R15 is manufactured by BRC (Bango Racing Cars) a Spanish manufacturer that has been producing hillclimb racing cars since the late 1990s.
The BRC R15 is not just a simple Peugeot 205 T16 replica, but a truly competitive and functional Rally car, with the looks of a rally legend.
The chassis is multi-tubular carbon steel, developed and designed from scratch.
Like the original, the motor is housed in a central position, it's also very low, this makes the BRC 15 pure nerve and speed, with a really fast response in turns. The engine comes from a motorcycle, as usual on mountain climbs. It's equipped with a 1,340cc Suzuki engine, enough to generate 200hp in a car that weighs just 650kgs. Engine is mated to an extremely fast six-speed sequential gearbox, with a limited-slip differential and shift paddles on the steering wheel. To be able to stop the power of this car, Ø 280mm brakes are equipped both front and rear.
The body is made of fiberglass, if for any reason you are not convinced by the silhouette of the Peugeot 205 T16 replica, you can request a body from the 208 WRC, Citroën DS3 or Ford Fiesta R5.. The priority of the BRC R15 is to be a competitive rally car, not just a replica.
