Gardner Douglas T70 Spyder
The Gardner Douglas T70 Spyder is more than a replica of the legendary Lola T70. Combining 1960s glamour with thrilling LS3 V8 performance and addictive nimble handling, the GDT70 is one of the best classic supercars. The ride is remarkably smooth for such a track-inspired machine, which makes it as comfortable on back roads as it is on the speedway.
The chassis is tubular and the suspension is double wishbone with rocker arms. The braking system is made up of AP Racing calipers with 330mm discs.
The Gardner Douglas T70 Spyder is factory built or offered as a kit car package with power/weight options from 450 hp/ton to 700 hp/ton. The engine is mated to a Porsche G50 manual transmission. In the basic kit, the power is 430 hp, with the LS3 it can be increased to 500 hp. If this is not enough, you can opt for the LS7 engine that will go from 600 hp to 700 hp, depending on the choice.
The GD T70 offers it all, a really fast race car, a road legal barchetta or a classic convertible for a leisurely ride.
