Century Racing CR6
Century Racing participated in 7 Dakar rallies between 2012 and 2023, including 5 cars for the 2021 Dakar Rally with a target rate of 80% and 10 cars for the 2022 Dakar Rally with a target rate of 100% %; and 10 cars for the 2023 Dakar Rally. Century Racing has participated in the world's top races such as the Silk Road Rally (No. 1 overall) and various FIA events.
The Century Racing CR6 is a 4×2 prototype ideal for Rally Raid competitions. The Century Racing CR6 is powered by a 7.0-litre Chevrolet LS7 V8 engine, mated to a Sadev six-speed sequential-shift gearbox. This gives it a power output of 360hp@4600rpm, and torque of 680Nm at 4300rpm. The weight is 1580kgs.
It is equipped with AP Racing 343mm brakes with 6 pod calipers. Regarding the suspensions, they come from R53, mounting 440mm wheel travel suspensions.
It is the result of 10 years of R&D and represents a great evolution from the successful CR5. It is completely designed from the ground up to take on the toughest races in the world, like the Dakar rally, and has undergone hundreds of hours of testing since 2017.
The CR6 T version is equipped with an Audi engine with 400hp at 500rpm and a torque of 620Nm at 4500rpm.
