Autocycle Inc., dba Helix Motors is creating a revolutionary new class of vehicle, a three-wheeled electric autocycle, that combines the best automotive and motorcycle technologies.  Their slogan, “Be the change you want to drive!” was born from their passion to create a more sustainable, efficient, and exciting way to drive. With one-wheel in the front, the Helix autocycle is aerodynamically shaped and designed to help reduce traffic congestion and pollution, optimize road and parking space, and help conserve our natural resources by reducing fuel and energy costs.

By combining the DNA of motorcycle and car, Helix Motors created a blend of speed, agility, fun, and power without compromising efficiency, comfort, and safety comparable to conventional cars. With the support of world-renowned and award-winning engineering teams, including Bosch Engineering in Germany, Helix is able to overcome obstacles traditionally faced by three-wheeled vehicles. With an innovative patented robotic tilt and self-balancing core system, the Helix can achieve a 300 miles per gallon electric equivalent, an estimated range of 200 miles, and a top speed of over 100 MPH. Safety features include side-impact rails, a steel roll-cage, a proven passenger restraint belt system, as well as airbags. With an estimated price of $19,900  (€ 17,000 approx), Helix is also an affordable option.

Working together with designers, including a collaboration with IED International Design School in Barcelona and Italy, Helix underwent many design iterations to become the kind of vehicle you’d want to drive. Currently, on their social media, Helix Motors continues to take consumer feedback into account for aesthetic preferences and offerings such as available colors, seat design, steering wheel shape, and even door style.
