Earlier this year, after nearly three years of top-secret planning and construction at McMurtry headquarters, they were finally ready to show the world what they had in mind, the McMurtry Spéirling. McMurtry made a fantastic debut at the GoodWood Festival of Speed The McMurtry Spéirling is a fast and efficient track weapon, and with that all-important noise factor petrol fans crave. As the car spins the fans that generate downforce, it attracts the ears, eyes and minds of passersby who are exploring the cars on display. Like the famous Brabham, McMurty uses a fan to significantly increase downforce. McMurtry Spéirling's project began in 2016 with the goal of designing and building the ultimate racing car without compromise; its design revolves around the twin goals of driver engagement and vehicle performance.
