Brabham Automotive and SRO Motorsports Group have announced that Brabham Automotive intends to use the brand-new Brabham BT63 GT2 concept car to participate in the 2022 GT2 European Series Invitational. The first step of this exciting journey will be to compete in the invitational final round of the inaugural Fanatec GT2 European Series season at Paul Ricard Circuit.

Brabham Motors will work closely with SRO Motorsports Group on the certification requirements for the 2022 season. The Brabham BT63 GT2 concept car will be designed and manufactured by the same team that designed and delivered the BT62R (a road variant of BT62), using the same platform and incorporating wings, diffusers and splitters modeled after the car.

 The Brabham BT63 GT2 Concept will generate approximately 610HP of power and weigh between 1250 kg and 1300 kg.

Therefore, Brabham will be the fifth car brand to join this racing category. It will compete against Porsche, Lamborghini, Audi and KTM. 

Brabham BT63 GT2 Price:  Starting at €400.000 (AU $ 650,000), with the racing package and with full brand backed support available.
