The British coachbuilder Radford has announced his first model: the Radford Project 62, it will be inspired by the 60's racing Lotus cars
The project is supported by Formula One world champion Jenson Button, by the famous car designer Mark Stubbs and by the car manufacturer Ant Anstead. Lotus Engineering is also involved in the development of the car.
In this way the company Radford will go from being a coachbuilder to a small-volume car brand. In fact, only 62 cars will be manufactured, and each car will be fully customized and manufactured according to customer requirements. Radford haven't released more technical specs yet, by the moment, we only know that it will be a two-seater mid-engine coupe, but Radford assures us that they will release more details by the end of the year.
